Paramahansa Yogananda was well know to have spent many an hour by the ocean in deep meditation. Something many of us can easily relate to. The rhythm of the waves calls us like a lullaby to become still once again and cleanses us on many levels.
It is thought in mysticism that in order to balance our spirit and soul that we need to address the level of salt wihin our body, and as the skin is the largest organ of the body and is porus, the healing properties of salt can be experienced in more controlled environments, such as within a spa.

By practicing asana in salt water, many conditions can improve, such as;
Confusion

Anxiety
Confusion

To name but a few
I am so happy and honored that Marc and Heather have secured the largest salt water hot tub in Sedona for me to teach Aqua Kriya Yoga in this February. You know they have our best interest at heart in terms of bringing like-minded souls together to balance our body and soul.
I hope to see you there to share my passion. Sometimes we have to think off of the yoga mat in order to expand the horizon of our awareness
